GlowAI Assistant (“Assistant”) is an internal artificial intelligence tool provided by Glow Brands for use by authorized employees and contractors. The Assistant provides guidance based on approved company documentation, policies, training materials, and procedures.
2. Authorized Use
Access to the Assistant is limited to authorized users. Users may only use the Assistant for legitimate business purposes related to their employment or contractual responsibilities.
3. No Policy Creation or Modification
The Assistant does not create, modify, or override company policies. Official company documentation and leadership guidance always take precedence. If there is any discrepancy between the Assistant’s response and official documentation, the official documentation governs.
4. No Legal or HR Advice
The Assistant does not provide legal advice, HR determinations, disciplinary decisions, or contractual interpretations. Users must consult appropriate leadership, HR, Legal, or Compliance departments for formal determinations.
5. Accuracy and Limitations
While the Assistant is designed to provide accurate, citation-based information, it may not always reflect the most current updates. Users are responsible for verifying critical operational or compliance decisions against official documentation.
6. Acceptable Use
Users must not submit confidential personal data, protected health information, payment card data, or other regulated information unless expressly authorized. The Assistant must not be used for unlawful, discriminatory, or inappropriate purposes.
7. Monitoring and Logging
Interactions with the Assistant may be logged and monitored for quality assurance, security, compliance, and system improvement purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, documentation, and system outputs remain the property of Glow Brands.
9. Modification of Terms
Glow Brands reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Assistant constitutes acceptance of any updates.
